I am first and foremost a mother and wife - but professionally I'm an avid reader, writer, and storyteller. I grew up in Boulder, Colorado with roots in Medicine Bluff Oklahoma, Cherokee Territory. I am an Algonkian Novel Writing and Editing graduate, and an audiobook narrator for Audible and Learning Ally.

 

I find that words allow me to explore new places and share my experiences with others. When I'm not lost in a good book, I enjoy practicing yoga, hot cups of tea, puzzles, and spending time with my family, a scraggly dog, and a cross-eyed cat. For my very limited wild side - I am scuba certified and braved a dive with eleven pregnant bull sharks in Mexico - but mostly I prefer to be at home. Life with seven kids is no picnic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
